NANOLITE ยท APP NOTICES

Nanolite App Privacy Policy

Updated 11 October 2026

Scope and operator

This notice concerns only the Nanolite mobile application and its supporting app services. It does not describe every Nanolite website, other group business, or independent franchise activity. The app operator is Muhammad Momen. Contact: nanoliteus@gmail.com. Postal address: 11061 107st, Ozone Park, NY 11417, United States. Workspace organizations may also have their own responsibilities for the employee, customer and business information they enter.

Information entered into the app

Depending on your dashboard and use, records include your name, email, phone, profile picture, account role and workspace; company, owner and franchise details and business address; product inquiries, orders, collection records, externally received payment records, balances and investment records; production batches, costs, block sizes and inventory; staff roles, attendance and person-specific funds; customer names and local sales; articles, PDFs, uploaded documents and photos. Only enter information you are authorized to provide.

Photos, documents and signatures

Users select pictures and documents or use the camera for requested uploads, such as profile pictures, article covers, expense receipts and material collection evidence. Collection records may contain a collector name and handwritten signature. Photograph the material rather than requiring a collector portrait. Uploaded documents can contain personal information, so avoid unnecessary identity documents, faces and unrelated sensitive details. The app does not use these uploads for face recognition or biometric identification.

Sign-in and technical information

The planned release offers Google and Apple sign-in. When connected, the provider supplies an identifier and permitted identity details, such as name, verified email and an available Google profile picture. Apple may supply a private relay email. Nanolite does not receive your Google or Apple password. The service uses session information and request metadata, including IP addresses, to operate sign-in and prevent abuse. Local preferences can store appearance and account currency. Google and Apple sign-in are not yet connected to the released app because the app has not been released.

Why information is used

Information supports account verification and access approval, workspace permissions, material ordering and collection, business records, production costing, inventory, sales, staffing, customer support and fraud or abuse prevention. Information is processed under the legal grounds applicable to that activity, including providing requested services, consent where required, legitimate operational purposes where permitted, and legal obligations. A platform permission is not a blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Who can see workspace records

Nanolite administrators have broad access to administer the network. Franchise accounts are restricted to their assigned franchise and granted permissions. Material factory accounts have operational access, without the administrator-only financial totals. Shared business records may remain available to authorized workspace members when one member loses access. Account permission changes do not erase historical transactions.

Service providers and other disclosures

Infrastructure, storage, authentication and email providers may process information necessary to perform their contracted functions when those services are connected. Google and Apple also process information under their own policies. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights, security or prevent fraud, using applicable safeguards. The current app code has no advertising SDK or advertising tracking and does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The production provider list and storage countries must be confirmed before this draft becomes the release policy.

International processing

Nanolite is intended for users in Pakistan, the UAE and the United States. Your selected currency or franchise country does not determine where records are stored. Actual hosting regions and any cross-border transfer safeguards must be identified before production hosting is activated. For UAE users, applicable federal or free-zone requirements must be assessed for the actual operator and processing arrangement; this notice does not claim that choosing a currency meets those requirements.

Retention and deletion

Business records are needed to operate workspaces and reconcile transactions. Retention must be limited to the documented operational or legal purpose. Account/profile data and unnecessary uploads should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Some financial, collection and audit records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes; the reason and applicable retention period must be communicated. Production retention periods and backup expiry have not yet been set and must be confirmed before publication.

Your choices and requests

You can request access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or restriction/objection where applicable by emailing nanoliteus@gmail.com. We verify identity using proportionate information and handle requests under applicable law. Do not send your password or a government ID unless a secure verification process specifically requires it. Account deletion and withdrawal can affect access to services. Applicable US state privacy rights depend on residence and whether the operator is subject to the relevant law; this notice does not assert that every state statute applies. You may contact the relevant authority where the law permits a complaint.

Permissions and notifications

Camera and photo/file access are requested for user-initiated tasks. You can decline or revoke operating-system permissions, although the affected upload or collection task may then be unavailable. The app does not request background location, contacts, or microphone access for its current workflows. Business addresses are entered by users. In-app alert preferences are available; email delivery and push messaging need separate production integration and appropriate disclosure.

Security

Workspace authorization and password hashing are implemented in the local prototype. Before using real records online, secure transmission, durable storage, access controls, backup/restore and incident handling must be verified. No system can guarantee absolute security. This draft does not represent the localhost prototype as a secure production service.

Children and changes

Nanolite is designed for adult business users and is not intended for children under 18. Contact the operator if a child has supplied personal information. We will update the release notice when practices materially change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. The last-updated date identifies this draft version.
