Nanolite App Cookies and Local Storage Notice
App storage
The development app stores preferences on the device and uses session cookies in its browser preview to maintain sign-in. Its supporting service uses session and temporary verification records. These are operational functions, not advertising trackers.
Your controls
You can sign out, change preferences, revoke device permissions or clear browser/app storage. Clearing local storage does not delete shared workspace records or your server account. Use the account deletion request process for those requests.
Release changes
Production authentication and hosting providers remain to be connected. This notice must be updated if analytics, tracking or additional storage technologies are introduced.

Nanolite App Acceptable Use Policy
Authorized work
Use the app only for lawful business activities within your assigned workspace and permissions. Obtain authority before entering employee, customer or third-party information.
Prohibited conduct
Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another user, access other franchises without permission, fabricate payments or collection signatures, upload malware, harass others, infringe intellectual property or expose unnecessary sensitive information.
Enforcement
Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. Contact the operator to dispute an error. Restrictions do not remove mandatory privacy or other legal rights.

Nanolite App Security and Permissions Notice
Workspace visibility
Nanolite administrators can see network business records. Franchise members see their assigned workspace according to granted permissions. Factory users have operational access. Do not treat shared business records as private notes.
Device access
Camera, photo and file permissions support user-requested uploads such as receipts, material collection evidence and profile pictures. Current workflows do not require background location, microphone or contacts access. Permissions can be revoked in device settings.
Reporting a concern
Email a description of the issue to nanoliteus@gmail.com. Do not exploit vulnerabilities, access another person’s records or send sensitive evidence through unsecured channels. A secure evidence-sharing method can be arranged.
Development status
The localhost build is a development preview. Production transport security, durable storage, provider configuration, backups and incident procedures still require verification before real business records are used online. No absolute security guarantee is made.

Nanolite App Orders, Payments and Cancellation Notice
No in-app payments
Nanolite does not accept, collect or process payments through this app. Prices are for reference and are subject to a confirmed quote or invoice. There is no online checkout or payment link. Staff can record payments received outside the app; recording a payment does not transfer money. If payment collection is introduced later, payment terms and privacy disclosures will be updated before activation.
Physical products
The app supports material orders and machinery/product enquiries. A request is subject to confirmed availability, price and the applicable supply or franchise agreement. It is not an app subscription purchase.
Prices and payments
Prices vary by region and currency. Taxes and delivery are excluded unless explicitly included in the confirmed quote. Payment entries record amounts received outside the app. The current app does not collect any payment by card, bank transfer, wallet or another payment method. Confirm balances against actual receipts.
Collection and changes
Collection may occur in separate quantities. Each recorded handover should identify the quantity and collection evidence. Contact Nanolite promptly about cancellation, incorrect quantities, defects or payment corrections. Applicable law and the agreed supply contract determine refund rights; these notices do not impose a universal no-refund rule.

Nanolite App Privacy Policy
Scope and operator
This notice concerns only the Nanolite mobile application and its supporting app services. It does not describe every Nanolite website, other group business, or independent franchise activity. The app operator is Muhammad Momen. Contact: nanoliteus@gmail.com. Postal address: 11061 107st, Ozone Park, NY 11417, United States. Workspace organizations may also have their own responsibilities for the employee, customer and business information they enter.
Information entered into the app
Depending on your dashboard and use, records include your name, email, phone, profile picture, account role and workspace; company, owner and franchise details and business address; product inquiries, orders, collection records, externally received payment records, balances and investment records; production batches, costs, block sizes and inventory; staff roles, attendance and person-specific funds; customer names and local sales; articles, PDFs, uploaded documents and photos. Only enter information you are authorized to provide.
Photos, documents and signatures
Users select pictures and documents or use the camera for requested uploads, such as profile pictures, article covers, expense receipts and material collection evidence. Collection records may contain a collector name and handwritten signature. Photograph the material rather than requiring a collector portrait. Uploaded documents can contain personal information, so avoid unnecessary identity documents, faces and unrelated sensitive details. The app does not use these uploads for face recognition or biometric identification.
Sign-in and technical information
The planned release offers Google and Apple sign-in. When connected, the provider supplies an identifier and permitted identity details, such as name, verified email and an available Google profile picture. Apple may supply a private relay email. Nanolite does not receive your Google or Apple password. The service uses session information and request metadata, including IP addresses, to operate sign-in and prevent abuse. Local preferences can store appearance and account currency. Google and Apple sign-in are not yet connected to the released app because the app has not been released.
Why information is used
Information supports account verification and access approval, workspace permissions, material ordering and collection, business records, production costing, inventory, sales, staffing, customer support and fraud or abuse prevention. Information is processed under the legal grounds applicable to that activity, including providing requested services, consent where required, legitimate operational purposes where permitted, and legal obligations. A platform permission is not a blanket consent to unrelated processing.
Who can see workspace records
Nanolite administrators have broad access to administer the network. Franchise accounts are restricted to their assigned franchise and granted permissions. Material factory accounts have operational access, without the administrator-only financial totals. Shared business records may remain available to authorized workspace members when one member loses access. Account permission changes do not erase historical transactions.
Service providers and other disclosures
Infrastructure, storage, authentication and email providers may process information necessary to perform their contracted functions when those services are connected. Google and Apple also process information under their own policies. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights, security or prevent fraud, using applicable safeguards. The current app code has no advertising SDK or advertising tracking and does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The production provider list and storage countries must be confirmed before this draft becomes the release policy.
International processing
Nanolite is intended for users in Pakistan, the UAE and the United States. Your selected currency or franchise country does not determine where records are stored. Actual hosting regions and any cross-border transfer safeguards must be identified before production hosting is activated. For UAE users, applicable federal or free-zone requirements must be assessed for the actual operator and processing arrangement; this notice does not claim that choosing a currency meets those requirements.
Retention and deletion
Business records are needed to operate workspaces and reconcile transactions. Retention must be limited to the documented operational or legal purpose. Account/profile data and unnecessary uploads should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Some financial, collection and audit records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes; the reason and applicable retention period must be communicated. Production retention periods and backup expiry have not yet been set and must be confirmed before publication.
Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or restriction/objection where applicable by emailing nanoliteus@gmail.com. We verify identity using proportionate information and handle requests under applicable law. Do not send your password or a government ID unless a secure verification process specifically requires it. Account deletion and withdrawal can affect access to services. Applicable US state privacy rights depend on residence and whether the operator is subject to the relevant law; this notice does not assert that every state statute applies. You may contact the relevant authority where the law permits a complaint.
Permissions and notifications
Camera and photo/file access are requested for user-initiated tasks. You can decline or revoke operating-system permissions, although the affected upload or collection task may then be unavailable. The app does not request background location, contacts, or microphone access for its current workflows. Business addresses are entered by users. In-app alert preferences are available; email delivery and push messaging need separate production integration and appropriate disclosure.
Security
Workspace authorization and password hashing are implemented in the local prototype. Before using real records online, secure transmission, durable storage, access controls, backup/restore and incident handling must be verified. No system can guarantee absolute security. This draft does not represent the localhost prototype as a secure production service.
Children and changes
Nanolite is designed for adult business users and is not intended for children under 18. Contact the operator if a child has supplied personal information. We will update the release notice when practices materially change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. The last-updated date identifies this draft version.
Nanolite App Terms of Use
App scope
These draft terms cover use of the Nanolite app and its supporting services operated by Muhammad Momen, contact nanoliteus@gmail.com. They do not replace a separately agreed machinery, franchise, supply or employment contract. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Accounts and authorized use
Use accurate account information, protect your access, and act only within the workspace permissions assigned to you. New workspace access requires approval. Do not impersonate others, bypass permissions, upload unlawful material or access another franchise’s records without authorization. Users must be adults authorized to use the business services.
Business records and uploads
You are responsible for checking entries and having authority to enter customer or employee information and upload documents, pictures and signatures. Uploading content authorizes its processing only to provide the relevant app service and manage that record. A recipient signature records acknowledgement of collection; it does not automatically establish every contractual or legal conclusion.
Orders, quotes and payment records
Order requests, regional prices, availability, taxes, collection arrangements and final acceptance are subject to the applicable supply agreement and confirmed invoice or quote. Nanolite does not accept, collect or process payments through this app. Displayed prices are references, subject to a confirmed quote or invoice. Staff may record payments received outside the app; those records do not transfer money. Online payment links or payment collection are not available in the current version. If introduced later, the applicable payment providers, terms and privacy disclosures will be updated before activation. Check amounts, units and recipient details before confirming. Prices entered for material exclude tax and delivery unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Calculations and testing
Production costing, inventory averages, margins and balances depend on the recorded inputs and rates. Review them against actual operations and records. The current version is a development preview and is not approved as the sole record of actual money or stock. A testing build can expire or change; keep appropriate backups and exports.
Privacy and access changes
Use of personal information is described in the app-specific Privacy Policy. Workspace access can be changed or disabled for security, authorization or misuse concerns. Removing access and deleting personal data are different actions; lawful business records may remain subject to disclosed retention.
Support, disputes and changes
Contact nanoliteus@gmail.com about app issues or disputes. Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy and other rights remain available. Jurisdiction and commercial-contract provisions must be reviewed for the actual transactions before public release; these draft terms do not impose a blanket waiver of rights or a universal governing-law clause. Material changes will be notified where required.
Nanolite App Account and Data Deletion
Request deletion
To request deletion of your Nanolite app account or personal data, email nanoliteus@gmail.com with the subject “Nanolite app deletion request”. Include the email used for the app, your workspace name if known, and whether you request account deletion or deletion of specific information. You may request deletion without installing the app. Do not include passwords, verification codes or payment-card information.
Verification and handling
The operator will verify the request using proportionate information and explain any further verification needed. The actual production workflow and response deadlines must be implemented before this page becomes the public store deletion page. An email link alone is not represented as completing the Apple/Google in-app deletion requirement.
What may remain
Deletion should remove or anonymize account/profile information and unnecessary uploads. Required transaction, collection, financial and audit records may be retained only for documented legal or operational reasons, with applicable periods explained. Removing a team member merely disables access and is not account/data deletion. Production retention and backup expiry still require confirmation.
